&lt;P&gt;Yes, most people can&apos;t understand my fascination with remote controls, but there&apos;s a lot of people who have made both hobbies and careers around them.&amp;nbsp; The photo at the left is my Philips Pronto remote control.&amp;nbsp; I spent many hours learning how to program it and then actually doing the programming.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=darkblue&gt;All programming and testing is done on a computer and then downloaded into the&amp;nbsp;Pronto.&amp;nbsp; I currently have the ability to turn on or off any device in my home including&amp;nbsp;lights.&amp;nbsp; I programmed the Pronto with a touchscreen bitmap of my home&apos;s floorplan.&amp;nbsp; Any light can be controlled simply by touching it on the touchscreen.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#00008b&gt;It&apos;s a great bedroom remote, but wait&apos;ll you see what I&apos;m planning for my family room!&amp;nbsp; Stay tuned...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
