My name is Andrew Webster Blumenfeld. I was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, the Breakfast Capital of the world. In 1963, my family moved to a small community surrounded by Oklahoma City called the City of The Village, Oklahoma*.
I moved with my family to Chicagoland in the Summer of 1966. We lived in The Village of Itasca, Illinois, for the next three years. In 1969, my family moved again, this time about 15 miles north to The Village of Arlington Heights, Illinois.
